BERT 77

Fortran 77 to MPI/PVM Conversion Tool

A free binary version (BERT 77 Version 1.06) of BERT 77 is scheduled to be released in January 2007. After this release the DEMO (BERT 77 Lite Version 1.05) will no longer be available. The "free version" will analyze and produce source code for any size program. The DEMO version is currently limited to 8,000 lines of code with no source code output. The current DEMO version can be downloaded for the following distributions:

(Note: These are i386 versions (32 bit) the x86_64 (64 bit) versions will be ready very soon)

• Fedora Core 4
• CentOS4
• RHEL4
• Fedora Core 2
• Red Hat 9.0
• Red Hat 7.3

A new key (expires Jan 2010) is required for the all versions. The key is available here. Extract these files in the /opt/bert_lite/bin directory.

Note: BERT 77 requires OpenMotif
