All Limulus systems come with a full one year Return to Depot (RTD) hardware guarantee. Additional years of RTD hardware support are available with this option. Both blades and removable hard drives (spinning or SDD) are considered "user serviceable" and can be returned for either repair or replacement. All other internal components requiring hardware support must be shipped in their entirety as mounted in the Limulus system case in an approved shipping container (either original or provided by Basement Supercomputing).
