AMD Ryzen 9 Four Processor Upgrade

Upgrade the four processors in Limulus model 212 to either the 12-core Ryzen 9 5900x (3.7 GHz and 64MB cache) or the 16-core Ryzen 9 5950x (3.4 MHz and 64MB cache) NOTE: These processors normally run at 105 Watts TDP and do not fit into the Limulus power envelope. However, they have been configured for 65 Watts TDP using a lower power threshold (essentially down clocking). Our tests indicate a maximum performance decrease of only 6%. In many cases the decrease is much less.
