How do I turn nodes off or on?

There are two ways

1) using node-poweroff and node-poweron (use -h to get details)

2) using relayset (use -h to get details) Make sure you look at

  /etc/warewulf/.Limulus/limulus-map-node

to get the correct relay to node mapping. Also, see the Systems Manual

There is now a GUI tool availble to the root user for controlling node power.  See the Systems Manual
